Crickya (crickya.xyz) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Crickya and its members.

In this document, "Crickya", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the crickya.xyz platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered on or using the services of Crickya.

The following conditions must be met to register and use services on Crickya:

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact Crickya support immediately.

Your Crickya account is non-transferable — you may not sell, rent, or allow others to use it. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

Deposits at Crickya can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

In live betting, conditions change rapidly. A slight delay in bet confirmation may result in odds changing — if a bet is accepted at revised odds, Crickya will notify the member and give them the option to accept or decline.

Crickya's bonus offers are designed to give members added value. Each bonus comes with specific Wagering Requirement which must be met before the bonus amount can be converted into real balance.

The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and must be activated using a promo code. The code cannot be applied after the deposit has been made.

Cashback bonuses are generally credited to your account automatically every Monday. Wagering requirements on cashback are relatively low.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crickya. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

Crickya is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, Crickya's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues or faults with the user's device
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Disclosure of account login credentials due to a member's own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events

In the event of any dispute, Crickya's records shall be considered final unless the member can clearly prove otherwise.

Crickya may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days in advance A notice will be sent to your registered email address.

Crickya may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• A clear breach of these Terms
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe
• Legal or regulatory directives

Upon account closure, members will have the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of the rules.
