If you no longer have access to either your mobile number or email, contact customer support directly. Your account can be recovered after identity verification using your KYC details — this process typically takes 24–48 hours.

If you can't find markets for a particular sport, contact support — requests for new leagues or tournaments are considered. On the Betting page, you can switch between all sports using the menu on the left.

After logging in, click the profile icon at the top right of your dashboard. You'll find two separate sections: "Bet History" and "Transactions". Bet History shows the details of every bet you've placed — match name, bet type, amount, odds, and result — and can be filtered by date, market, or amount. The Transactions section lists all deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions, each with its status, payment method, and timestamp. Crickya displays the last 3 months of records by default. If you need older records, contact support — up to 7 years of history is stored. This information is useful for resolving disputes or calculating taxes, so it's worth checking regularly.
